MALAYSIA has confirmed four cases of the coronavirus originating from Wuhan, China.

All the victims are from Wuhan. They entered the country through Johor Baru.

The first three patients are being treated at Sg Buloh Hospital, and are in stable condition.

The fourth has been admitted to Sultanah Aminah Hospital in the Johor capital.

Malaysians travelling to China have been advised to stay away from animal farms and markets, and to not eat raw or semi-cooked meats.

The newly identified 2019-nCoV can cause pneumonia, which is deadly in some cases. – January 26, 2020.
