4,543 new Covid-19 cases mark a slight increase

MALAYSIA reported 4,543 new Covid-19 cases as of noon today, which is a slight increase from yesterday’s 4,343, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said.

With the new cases, the national caseload now stands at 2.51 million.

The breakdown of cases according to states will be uploaded to the CovidNow website after midnight.

The daily toll has been on a downtrend since November 4, when 5,713 cases were reported, before rising again today.

New daily cases dipped to 4,922 on November 5 and 4,701 on November 6. – November 8, 2021.
