MALAYSIA reported 4,885 new Covid-19 cases as at noon today, a figure which is slightly higher than yesterday’s 4854, said Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
 
With this, the total reported cases now stand at 2,591,486.
 
The breakdown of cases according to states will be uploaded to the COVIDNOW website after midnight.

Meanwhile, the infectivity rate for November 21 has gone down to 1.0 from 1.01 a day earlier, said Noor Hisham.
 
As for hospital admission, 1,081 were admitted for Covid-19 infections yesterday.
 
The overall hospital bed utilisation rate was at 66.7%. – November 22, 2021.
