THE Kuala Terengganu High Court has issued an arrest warrant for state exco Mohd Nor Hamzah, after he failed to show up to take the stand in the Marang election petition hearing today.

Lawyer Amin Othman said the Nor was ordered on Tuesday to appear in court today.

“However, this morning (this) Yang Berhormat Mohd Nor failed to appear in court,” said Amin.

Upon Amin’s request, judge Hassan Ghani issued an arrest warrant order for the absent official.

Amin said the hearing will resume on Sunday. – March 16, 2023.
