CONSUMERS on social media claimed that expanded price controls during the Hari Raya season caused prices of commonly consumed items such as
chicken, beef and certain vegetables to be lower than last year.

But after a month since the festival, prices for these groceries especially fish and chicken have gone back up. – July 21, 2019.
