MIC is disappointed with Bersatu announcement on becoming a multiracial party as they should focus more on being a Malay based party, said M. Saravanan.

The MIC deputy president told The Malaysian Insight that Bersatu will not benefit anyone if they become a multiracial party.

On Saturday, Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin said their party is reviewing its constitution to allow Malaysians of any race or religion to join its ranks and the party’s leadership. – August 28, 2020.
