PAKATAN Harapan (PH) is working to form a unity government with Barisan Nasional (BN) for the country’s stability, Anwar Ibrahim said.
The PH chairman also said he is still the prime ministerial candidate for the coalition.
“We had a discussion with BN. The most important issue is to create a stable government.
“I’m very optimistic that we will be able to form a government that’s more transparent and democratic to safeguard the interest of the rakyat,” he said at Seri Pacific hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
Anwar said BN asked for more time to discuss the issue of a coalition government under his leadership. – November 21, 2022.
